- All asbestos removal staff hold a CPCCDE3014A Remove non-friable asbestos license
- All asbestos supervisors hold the CPCCBC4051A Supervise asbestos removal qualification
- All staff are trained to our company SWMS and procedures
- A site specific Asbestos Removal Control Plan is developed for all projects
- Notify neighbours 5 days prior to removal.
- Remove asbestos in accordance with the WHS-How to Remove Asbestos Safely 2021. Decontaminate site of all asbestos sheets & debris.
- Bring in a 3rd party Licenced Asbestos Assessor to give the all clear.
- Spray the timber studs with (Asbestos Binding Compound)
- Dispose of asbestos in a registered & licenced tipper truck.
- Form 65 lodged 7 days prior – must have licensed assessor attached.
